Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our white-glove delivery partners, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Union ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
